HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011, HEALTHY THIS YEAR!

Thanks to Dr. Guillermo Alvarez I will reach my healthy goal this year, I am at 186lbs today and I am so excited. I put in all my measurements today so I can keep up with it, not sure what the goals should really be, but they are acceptable until I see how my body looks, I am so happy to be doing this well and feel great at the same time. If anyone wants to know more about this surgery I am an open book!Thanks to all the support and friends here at obesity help.com
