4/22/2009 Losing Weight Again

Ok, I am back on track. I have joined a gym and have gone almost everyday (except for Sunday and today). I have lost 4 pounds since Saturday. I now have total weight loss of 45 lbs. I am pretty much eating just protein. I am almost completely off carbs. I still have a few since I am working out.My goal is to be 100lbs down by September. My wedding anniversary is September 30 and I would like to go somewhere tropical and celebrate 8 years of marriage and 100 lbs lost. I figured that if I lose 5 lbs every two weeks then I will reach my goal.
I need to lose 55 lbs by September to do that.
