My 6 Week Challenge (07-14-09)

Today begins my 6 week challenge of  I have decided to start a 6 week challenge for myself where I am true to myself, my diet, my exercise and see how I feel after. It starts today and I promise to be faithful and give myself this chance to feel good about me.

I will weigh myself each week and record my diet and exercise details for journal ling

Start weight 165.4 lbs
Week #1 weigh in 163.8 lbs  down 1.6lbs (not bad for a week from hell with being unfilled etc)
Week#2 weigh in 164.8 lbs up since last week but still down since start weight.
Week #3 weigh in 162.8 lbs down 2.6 lbs since start weight.
Week #4 weigh in 162.6 lbs down 2 ounces since last weigh in and down 2.8 lbs since start
Week#5 weigh in 165 lbs

07-14-09 On liquids because of adjustments, completed 40 minutes of candlelight yoga.
07-15-09 & 07-16-09 Dead to the world miserable because of fill ended up at Harbor City ER for unfill
07-17-09 Feeling better cleaned up my war zone of a house because you know nothing gets done if the captin is out.
07-18-09 Motorcycle ride w/ DH and inlaws to breakfast had my first real food since Tuesday took it really easy & went w/ DH to drill job for Pavez
07-19-09 Sunday Sun Tanning day made breakfast, laid out, swam and had a great day w/ DH.
07-20-09 Yoga Session 40 mins.
07-21-09 Swimming Laps, Water Tredding counted to 500 backstroke, 36 mins
07-22-09 I interval jogged a mile whoo hoo for me (that means I ran to a street light and then walked briskly to the next one and repeated this the entire way)
07-23-09 Water Aerobics Routine from Women's Fitness Magazine I love the rolling otter 42 minutes
07-24-09 Learned how to use the Pilates ball and resistance band 20 mins.
07-27-09 I walked and jogged on treadmill 30 mins 3.5 speed for 3 mins 5 mph for 1 minute and then back 3.5 mph at a 3 incline.
07-28-09 I did 45 mins of pilates video on X box 360 the video sucked
07-29-09 I did 30 mins on the treadmill 3.5-5.0 incline 4.0
07-30-09 Pilates Video 1 hr included warm up and cool down.
08-01-09 Walked with DH Baxter and our newest bundle of Joy 10 week old Rex Oliver around the block 20-30 mins
08-02-09 Walked w/ DH, Baxter and Rex (rex was so hot and tired he pooped out and had to be carried Poor guy 20-30mins
08-03-09 I did a Pilates Stability Ball workout for 1 hr and went with DH , Baxter and Rex for a walk 20-30 mins last night.
08-04-09 I did a target tone pilates video 43 mins and man I am sore this morning.
08-06-09 thru 08-10-09 Yosemite Camping Trip: Hiking, Walking, Quad Riding Fishing and snacking
08-11-09 I did 57 minute pilates video that targets the whole body.
08-12-09 I inrerval jogged one mile around my neighborhood
08-13-09 I completed 60 minutes of Pilates
08-17-09 I walked around the neighborhood w/ DH Baxter and Rex 25 minutes
08-18-09  I walked around the neighborhood w/ DH Baxter and Rex 30mins(455minutes total)
