its been a while

Hey its been a while and i have lost focus. I have to start over again and i attended the seminar in late November. so now i have to redo the nutrition seminar i have game some weight too i was 400 pounds on the 6th of December. but i am going 110% this time to get this completed. I DON'T WANT TO BE FAT ANYMORE LOL
