It's been a reallllly long time since I have written anything here or have updated anything, so let's see.......a quick run down...

1.  Divorced
2.  Moved back to the Sherman/Denison area
3. Work for a really great software company now and loving it!!
4.  Lost down to my lowest ever (190), but am up to 235 now (double argh)
5.  Restarting the old weight loss support group to get us all back and motivated


That's about all! LOL

Just wanted to leave myself a reminder that each day is a new day with new challenges. I am revamping my workout since taking some time off to help the ulcers heal. I took more pictures of me and the beautiful Miss LOLA again so here's another of my favorites!

Hello OH blog! I Know I haven't been here in a really long time, I have been going through a lot these last couple of years. But, I am back with a renewed promise to participate more in my health! I am 45 lbs away from goal and have set my sights on March for the new achievement date! I know I can do it and anything else I want so here we go! I have joined the Fort Worth support group and attended the first meeting last night! It was a blast and I feel blessed to have met some very endearing folks already! I will sure to attend the next!

Just wanted to say that we had our 3rd Support group meeting (our first activity meeting actually) and it was SUPERB!!!!!!!!  There were 24 people all together with 10 of them being members.  I am feeling blessed and excited about what I saw at the meeting................there were so many smiles and positive conversations going on!!!!!!  Thanks to everyone who came in body or spirit, I appreciate it and I know our other group members do toooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello folks,
It's been a while since I posted last, but all is good in Stephy land cause the weekend is just a day away!!!!!!  Not much else to say.  I am still trying to get the North Texas Support group going and I am still losing.................................so all is good.

Just a quick update!!!!!!
All is good, Getting set up in North Texas!!!!
I am feeling like a million bucks and I am happy to say I am getting all my protein and vitamins AND yes even liquids in.  The new job is good, the new house is great, the kids are over their colds, AND my husband is still so awesome!

Well I am most excited to say that I will be moving back to the North Central Texas area within the next couple of weeks.  I got a really good job in Richardson TX and I will be living in a tiny little town called Howe outside of Sherman TX.  
I feel great, my energy level has shot way up and I find it a lot easier to breathe now with some of the weight off.  My depression has STOPPED!!  YEAH!!!  I know a lot of it had to do with being able to go back home!  Houston has given me experience in my field, new friends and determination to do what has to be done.  

I still haven't been able to get all of my fluids in or exercise a lot but I plan to make sure that all changes once I get home.  I have to get certain areas of my life straightened out before anything else falls into place.  

For now though, I feel AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
