Hi. My name is Vickie Ashley Buenano..AKA goodyear0703.
What an incredible journey I am on. I decided in Oct of 2005 to have Gastric Bypass surgery. I wanted to live, really live,not just exist.
I cannot tell you how blessed I am to have had this opportunity. My life has changed so much. You will find my words are from the heart and sometimes very verbal and to the point. I am very pro-active with WLS and believe in it with all of my heart... Please don't tell me your opinions unless you have the facts and have walked in my shoes.

I hope as you read my blogs and my journey, you will realize that I write from the heart. I am a very verbal person and usually write or speak what I feel. Yes sometimes it gets me into trouble, but I just wouldn't have it any other way... It took me alot of years to come out of my shell, and there is no returning.
To those of you thinking about having the surgery... I would do it all over again in a minute without hesitation...To those who are reading to follow my journey because you care about me, thanks for being there, and for your support, and love.
To my OH family, OMgosh..what can I say... You guys are the best...You are there no matter what, even when no one else is...I appreciate you all, and have truly come to depend on you and your support.
To my support group... YOU GUYS ROCK...REMEMBER OUR 6.....NOW 7.....
PROTEIN, VITAMINS, WATER, EXERCISE, LOW CARBS, SUPPORT, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST............. SHOP!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO.
To those of you reading this just because you are nosy, and found out I had gastric bypass, or have made some comment to me about it, or disapprove or what ever you are feeling negative about the surgery or me...all I can say to you at this point....
Get a life. I don't care about your opinion, your negative thoughts, your jealousy, or what ever your thought or comment is at the moment.
I did this for me.... To live longer, be healthy, and to enjoy life to the fullest... It is not my problem... It is yours. and it is not something I can help you with.... Get over it, and don't get in my face about it..... with that said......
