Looking back on how I felt and my thinking when I was at my heaviest, I really didn't believe I would ever be 300 pounds or below again.  It seemed so far to loose 261 pounds to get there.  Think about it, that's almost loosing 2 normal sized people off my back.  Well I just made it!  Weighed in at 300 pounds on the nose today.  I have gone from a 74 inch waist to a 52 inch waist.  Instead of standing only for a few minutes before sitting down, I can stand for hours.  Ever see a 60 year old man tear up....  I am still after it and scheduled to get rid of the excess skin in early May.  Doc says between 18-25 pounds are coming off.  Check back in after that....
