over 1 year later

Hi all, well, it has been over a year since I had the gastric bypass. lots of learning along the way like what you can and can not eat, amounts. not to drink when you eat. I had to make a couple trips over for the scope but nothing serious. I have surpassed my goal weight and last weight taken was May 10 2014 down to 185 lbs 15 pounds lower than the goal weight Dr. B set. I feel wonderful and enjoy reading others experiences and adventures waiting for surgery, follow ups and consultations. Feel free to message.
