"I use the bars as a quick snack if I'm in a hurry and keep one with me in case there is nothing I am able to eat when going out. Helps if you crave a sweet. Good protein and high in fiber."

I actually cancelled once and then finally rescheduled for 2 months later. I had absolutely NO problems and everything went smoothly. Although everything happens for a reason and the postponement had to have happened for a reason, I wish I had gone through with it the first time! I followed the plan by losing 11 pounds in the 2 1/2 weeks before surgery and I did great! If I had to do this again, I would absolutely do it and I would absolutely use Dr. Teel. "

"My experience at Miami Valley was top notch. I thought the private rooms were nice in size and comfortable. The day shift nurses were awesome!! They made me shake recipes that were great! I walked the halls and met other patients doing the same. My doctor, Donovan Teel was excellent. My only complaint would be the company the Anesthesiologists used for billing. They were not friendly. They are not a part of Miami Valley though. "
