Ughhh Insurance Companies!!!!!!!!!!!

So as of today, i'm still waiting to here on the insurance company to mail me back with the final decision. It seems like every week there is a mix up, or "something we forgot to do". I'm starting to get annoyed! I am trying to keep my head up. I guess there has to be obsticals along the way!  I guess it'll come around sooner or later
