Dear Laurie, Having concerns and doubts are normal feelings. I myself have gone through that also. My surgery is the 10th of July and I was where you are right now a month before. I just prayed very hard and got involved reading messages posted on this site because people here were sharing their feelings with me and that put me at ease. I also believed that the power of prayer would alleviate my doubts and fears and it did. Good luck to you and I will be thinking of you/Irene

Hi Laurie, please hang in there girl! I am pre-op too, I just went to my consultation yesterday, and now I will play the waiting game. I have been having the same feelings you have, since I started this whole thing back in February. It is a normal reaction, but just keep your eyes on Jesus, and you WILL get through this. The surgery is your gift from GOD, so go on girl, and claim that gift!!!You will be in my prayers! Love and hugs! Karen
