Today was surgery at 7:30 and I was home by 11:15.  Pain isn't  too bad.  Taking pain meds regulrly is managing it well but they taste awful!  Slept most of day.. Also was on the phone alot with friends and family checking up on me.  I am so blessed to have great support from coworkers, friends and family!  All liguids are going done fine.  I definitely glad it is over and I did it and didn't chicken out!  Loser's bench here I come!!!!!

Well, I can't believe B- day is tomorrow!!  I have been soooo nervous all day!!  I don't know if I am ever going to get to sleep tonight!  My 10 year old daughter was so sweet tonight!  She asked me if she would come home someday and I would have lost so much weight she wouldn't recognize me.  Her voice got alittle wavery and her eyes welled up with tears!  I reassured her I would always look like me and be her mom.  So sweet! 

I can't believe its almost here!!  Last night I was calm but this morning I'm a little freaked out again but excited too!  I dreamt last night about going shopping and everything was too big!  That hasn't happened in a very long time!  I am definitely ready for this.

Three days til surgery and I am finally more excited than freaked out!  I have lost 5 pounds on the pre-op diet and feel better about making a success about this.
