12.1 miles on the bike.  Felt DAMN good to get out and the hip isn't screaming in pain.  Actually it feels better than it did before I left...odd.  

 Band practice tonight so hopefully I can nail my calorie goal of 3750.  BTW, I really really really love my Bodymedia FIT.
