Thank goodness for the lap band!

I origionally started this journey 4 years ago. I was originally looking into the more invasive gastric bypass but scared to death of the surgery. So I tried (once again) to try it on my own. Guess what? It didn't work- in fact I gained 60lbs- yuk. So here I am 4 years later with a new attitude! I was told about the lap band and I believe it will be the best surgery option for me.
