Back and ready to loss some wieght - Currently at 225 lbs

10/21/2012 - I intend to get back on track and lose the weight I have gained since my last post. I currently weight 225 lbs and my goal is to lose 75 lbs and get back to weighing at least 150 lbs.
I will try to get some pictures and post every month, just as I had done after my surgery on 1/24/2007.
