Purchase a good shake base that has no added sugars. Drink at least 2 shakes per day as meal replacers. Increase the amount of proteins consumed at dinner, while reducing the amount of carbs. Taking in more fiber to fill up on.

Going to the Y and signing up. Take one class per week to begin for the first 1(ish) months. Then increasing classes as I can physically handle it. I eventually want to be taking at least 3 classes per week, or working on my pt on my own 3 times per week.

Find meals I want to cook for my family at least a week before grocery shopping time. plan out monthly dinners in my planner. Purchase fresh produce weekly, and reduce the amount of simple carbs and convenience foods in our diet.

Do a pouch reset type diet. Replace meals with shakes, and get in the protein needed to kick start my metabolism. Get back off of added sugars, only eat natural sugars found in food. Stick to an allergy-free diet.
