I have the most wonderful daughter!

My daughter came home last week and has been so awesome especially the past few days. Her meds must really be kicking in. She has been so concerned about me, I had energy at first but overdid it and am paying for it. I am exhausted in between running errands and caring for my kids. My daughter is turning 13 on the 28th. She has been telling me to go sit down when she sees me doing too much and takes over. Last night I was about to make dinner, and pushed my portable dishwasher back in place but hurt something in my abdomen because I pushed wrong. My daughter saw the pain in my face and said "mommy, go lay down, we can make sandwiches or leftovers for dinner". I have been feeling guilty when I rest because I have a house to run, but she said "mom you need your rest so you can be able to go to zoom flume (water park) soon, that's what we really want". She reminded me that this is temporary and I will be better than ever soon. Such insight and love from a 13 year old, and get this, she has mental disabilities and a borderline low IQ. She has come so far and is such a wonderful daughter!!! I am a lucky Mama!!!
