Back on track

After several years of staying at the same weight I have started to gain a little weight. My weight has increased as high as 273 lbs which scared the heck out of me because it is only 27 lbs from 300. So over the past 3 mo. I have went back to the basics. writing down what i eat and some mild exercise. I am now down to 261.5 and still losing.
I hope if any of you are struggling this will encourage you that we can still lose weight. My goal is to get into the 250's than reevaluate and set another goal.

Today I have achived one of my goals. I am down to 257.0 My next goal is 245. Yahoooooooooooo
