wow it has been months since I have updated.

Well I have been at a standstill with my weight since about 11 months out but I am ok with that.  My face was looking really thin I am a size 8 though with exercise it seems if the inches keep coming off I might end up a six.  I am 154#  down 105# total from my first weight at the doctors first visit and I am good with that.  My goal was to lose 114# but I would be happy with what I am now. I hopefully will be able to figure out how to put a before and after photo on here.  I am still going to the gym. I am still truely thankful for my gastric bypass. Also my hair has come back and looks much better thankfully.
