IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS SINCE LAST POST

I am happy to report I continue to go to the gym and I am still a size 8-10 depending on the cloths.  I maintain my weight 155-158# and I am happy with that. I will have to post some updated pictures.  I got a new baby border collie on valentines day and she keeps me busy and active also.  My hair has also started to get to where i like it again it is growing  slowly but growing finally.  Still think this surgery was one of the greatest thing I ever did.
