I decided to go the WLS route after trying every other fad diet and weight loss options known to man. I have not been obese my entire life, but I have been my entire adult life. I looked in the mirror one day and decided I did not want to be the fat mom any more. I want to be a mom my children are proud of. I want them to see that through every struggle comes a victory. I had surgery on 1/14/13 and although I have had my buyers remorse days, I am excited for my new life!
