Well I am a little over two months out & I find it harder to stay satisfied with food & weight loss has slowed down. For me I have to control myself from eating to much or I could easily over eat. I have upped my protein this week and so far I have lost three pounds this week which is good cause at times ill be lucky if I loose a pound a week. I was drinking just one protein shake a day now, I am at two protein drinks a day & it seems to have helped kick start my weight loss again. This week i haven't been to the gym and my calories have been about 800-900 + calories & I am dropping weight. When I would have my calories around 600-700 my weight loss slows down for some reason. Still trying to figure what works for me. The less carbs the better.
