6 Month Anniversary Yeah!!!!!!!!!

Hello all,   
     I finally made it to my 6Th month anniversary.  I am very pleased with my surgery.  I still have a way to go, but I know I'll make it.  This last  1 1/2 - 2 weeks, I have lost and regained the same 2 lbs many times.  I am getting frustrated.  I had my 6 month visit at the Nutritionist and Dr yesterday, except the Tornado sirens caused all of us to end up in the basement.  I hurt my back again 2-3 weeks ago and was hurting for over a week.    I'm afraid to do any kind of stretching or regular exercises.  I do walk a mile at least 3-4 times a week and ride my recumbent bike for 30min 3-4 times a week.  I was hoping to have hit the 100lb lost mark by my birthday, but it's not going to happen.  Anyway, I'm still very happy.
