Day....who knows of pre-op liquid diet..brain fog y'all

I have been on a liquid only diet for 11 days now. I have to admit this is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am struggling with nausea today. Protein shakes are starting to taste way too sweet. I am trying to balance with chicken broth, but even it doesnt tast right. but hey I losing weight!
