5 month follow up

Hey everyone! I just figured out that I am at 21 weeks out, or just over 5 months........
I have lost a total of 67 pounds........from a size 20-22 to a 10-12......I am only 12 pounds away from my surgeons goal and about 40 from my personal goal, or where ever I end up! I am currently at 181 pounds.  I need to get to 169 for surgeons goal and my personal goal was 140 but I want to see where I end up......I am VERY HAPPY with the way I look and feel right now! This is what I weighed when I got married.........16 years ago!! and all through high school, well actually as far back as I can remember, the lowest I ever weighed was around 170-175.  I think when I was like 12, I weighed around 140.......but I can't remember how tall I was then.... I thank God and Dr. Caruana everyday for the chance to have this surgery. 
I really do think my "honeymoon" period is over.......I've only lost 2 pounds so far this month......I really need to get back to watching what I eat instead of just not eating as much.   Sugar doesn't bother me at all, wish it did, nothing bothers me as a matter of fact.  I have been eating ALOT of fruit lately.......I LOVE watermelon and I can eat alot of it in one sitting.......which I guess isn't that bad, because it is so much water.  But I have been eating pasta, and bread.......all the summertime things..  We have get togethers for dinner every saturday night at our campground.  So you have to taste everything!! I really need to stick to the meat and stay away from the bread and pastas and all that.  Meat first, veggies then fruit.  oh and pretzels have been my downfall to.........see like I just crave them late at night while sitting around the fire!
I HAVE TO FIND something else to munch or to just drink drink drink.........my water intake has been down too. My daughter's grad party is the 25th and after that.....I am really gonna get back to focusing on myself.......Whew!! I have my next appointment with Dr. C next Tuesday the 21st.  I hope that I am doing well, I think that I am........well congratulations to all of those that are well on their way to reaching their goals!!
