I just wanted to update everyone on my progress i have been thru some up and downs with my band but as of now i am over the hump i am down to a size 12 from 18-20 yeah and i know i am a 10 due to my 12's are fitting baggy but i am now down to 165 in weight i am so excited i am near my goal weight of 140 i am so happy i did this i thank god for my blessing and i am so much healthier than i have ever been i dont work out like i should but i will anyways i hope all is well with all my friends on OH till next time :)
