OMG gained 1.6 # - K - I'm three weeks out and gained 1.6 pounds over the weekend. Had wine and peanut butter. Could that really have made me gain? has anyone else experienced a gain in weight so...

Walk 1 mile almost everyday until I can do it in 15 minutes. Then start 2 miles.
