"My first impression of Dr Hagen was a quiet, but straightforward man, who made it quite clear the risks and benefits of having this surgery. His staff is quite friendly and easy to talk to. I really liked the fact that on the day of the surgery Dr Hagen reassured me everything would be alright. He made sure to see me at the hospital everyday that I was there. Even after I came home I was able to call him with any questions or concerns that I had. He is a great surgeon that is very thorough in his assessment of your health and will make sure an individual is ready both physically and mentally for this procedure. I would recommend Dr Hagen you anyone interested in having this surgery. My only concerns would be that I wished I could live closer to Toronto becuase accessing his aftercare program so a touch difficult for me."
