Aborted surgery

Went for my lap band yesterday morning and they had to abort the procedure midway through. Seems my liver was very large and they could not move it to get to my stomach. This was even though I had done the pre-op diet. I am left with three incisions, a very sore stomach and alot of disappointment. Went to a class on Gastric Sleeve this afternoon as the surgeon yesterday said he could get me on the schedule within six weeks. Alot of hoops to jump throught again, I guess. I am sure we will have to see if insurance will pay for this one. We will go forward though with this and hope for the best.
