Well, still working on what I can eat and what I can't.  Sometimes I seem to eat a lot and others nothing.  I have started walking, although I do need new shoes.  Feet seem to be getting smaller, my sandles, which 4 weeks ago were too tight, are now loose on me.  Plan on doing more walking.  Have my next followup tomorrow, want to ask about skating.  See about going to public skating soon.  Start wearing my old skates maybe.  See how Friday goes.  Just need to get more sleep at night, Don't want to start the old habit of eating to stay awake.  Doing well at other temptations though.  I keep passing the chocolate bars and chips and donuts ;)  It doesn't bother me.  Want to try tablets for vitimins soon though, need to ask about that too.
