They are very friendly and helpful. Only once did I feel that my question wasn't answered, but when it was brought to their attention, it was more than made up for. rnrnI love the support group meetings. I've only attended one at this point, but found it very helpful and it was nice to meet other folks at all phases of the journey. I like that they are serious about post-op support. Pam offers exercise classes and runs the support group.
