6 weeks out tommorrow

Figured it out really quickly I went back to all my eating habits, protein shakes was consuming more than 800 calories a day.. wasn't loosing. Saw a nurtionist put me back on track, loosing now averaging 1 pound a day.

Learning this is JUST a tool- I still have to dea w/ my demons and bad habits. I have heard this said over and over again but hit me that if I don't change, I will never loose weight.

Every day I push myself to walk on my breaks and or lunch, and only eat 3 meals a day.. excited my clothes are fitting loose.. My goal is too loose as much weight as I can within 6 months. ..
