my doctor's office called me yesterday 2/19/14 and stated they are sending my paperwork to the insurance company and that my doctor wrote a wonderful letter so now i'm waiting fingers crossed that i get approved for removal of the band and vsg

they called me to set up dates for nutrtionist visit, sign paper work, pre-op testing and surgery date the plan is to have it all in one surgery (hoping i'm approved by my insurance) so i need all the prayers i can get its been along process but hopefully i'll have good news

The band is not working for me hasn't worked for me in years haven't had liquid in the band for well over a yr 1/2 every time i got a fill i had to go back and get it un-filled i'm always constipated and having heartburn its the worst then when i went to the doctor he said it seems as though my port is bend and its rather hard to even get a fill but it doesn't matter anyway because of the issues i'm having

so now i'm on my way to a band removal and hopefully if insurance is willing a revision to vsg i have gained all my weight back and i'm just embarrassed because i went through all this pain to have to get the band removed and try for another surgery and i actually was doing very good with the band and then it stopped working and was causing me so many problems

 

It's been awhile since I posted anything and i'm still experiencing some upper abdominal soreness?? wondering where thats coming from..i'm in a size 12..never did I see that happening this soon..WOW!!! I'm so happy right now but i'm still not at my goal weight of 150lbs..one day i'll get there.

I'm really happy that i'm finally under 200lbs...i'm trying to lose 15lbs by my birthday!

and i'm back on liquids and this time it may work out for the better...

I think i can eat to much.. i mean i have resrtiction but i really think it should be more. hopefully my 2nd fill will do the trick.. i'm praying b/c i want to be under 200lbs by the end of this month... i'm wondering if i stretched my pouch? that is possible right? and if so what do they do about that?

So why am i soooo hungry??? somebody please help

I'm excited and nervous at the same time..

UGGHHH!!! I'm back at work and all of a sudden I feel like i'm so full and kind of sick and thats been since this moring. i guess its what i ate and i shouldn't have had grits but i did and now i'm paying for it.. i just really feel soooo full.
