OK this might sound familiar but is my tool still working

Ok I am 3 weeks out today and I am not saying I only have lost 23 pounds but I have only lost 23 pounds!!!  My GF who had the surgery a year and ahalf ago said OMG everyone goes through this and I am truely thankful that I hve not had any problems thus far but shouldn't I have lost more by now....  I am not sure I feel crazy because I thought by now I would be down 30 pounds or does everyone stall some....  I mean ok I knew I couldn't keep up the 2 pounds a day but am I on the right track....  What if I'm eating too much????  I am a little confused.....  Someone tell me is this normal!!!
