2 week post op visit...

okay ...I went to the doctor today and weigh in 375....my scale was off by 8 lbs showing me 367...doctor said I'm losing at a good pace and told me to start on blended foods which I have,...I was also told to increase my vitamins or change to one a day and take some b vitamins...also I may need to change the protein drinks I drink...we will see...I was told to cont. totake my pain meds...sometimes my larger cut hurts like hell...he havent told me anything about when I go bback to work and that he would like to see me in 1 month...so I will keep you posted...
