"I met Dr. Owens and his staff during my pre-op examination. Even before I met Dr. Owens staff I found them to be very caring and helpful. They helped me with my paper work and submitted the request to my insurance company for approval. They assisted me with the requirements I had to have prior to my surgery. Since I live out of state they were very helpful in me getting these things done. During my pre-op exmination Dr. Owens staff was very helpful in getting me through it with the least amount of stress. They were very informative. Dr. Owens staff is the best! I have found Dr. Owens to be a very thorough and caring doctor who puts his patients at ease. He gave me his business card so I could call him directly if I had any quesitons. Doctor Owens staff continue to be so helpful in keeping me on my journey with monthly calls from Shiryl. I really do appreciate all they have done and are doing to help me reach my goal. "
