12 MOTH REQUIREMENT IS DONE!!!!

IM FINALLY DONE!!!!!

I have done the 12 month monthly check-ins! I have to wait on a medical clearance from my Dr. and then submit to the ins company, my office says that they have a 99% approval rate  So Im hoping and Praying that I am APPROVED
IM READY TO GET RID OF THE FAT!!
