I did it...I finally reached my surgeons goal weight  of 140 (actually I have exceeded that by 2 pounds).  I have never felt so good.  I have never accomplished anything like this before.  I am so pround of myself.  Thanks for all the support from obesityhelp. YEAH!!!!

I can't believe its  been a year already.  I am feeling great and doing well.  I have lost 117.5 pounds and have 2.5 to reach my goal.  I have reached several other personal goals as well.  I went from a size 22 to an 8.  I am very happy and WOW what year it has been.

It has been a very long time since I have posted a blog..........

I can't believe that I have really lost over 100 pounds...

WOW!  what an amazing journey it has been.  I am very greatful for all the support and love that my family, friends and OH has shown me.

This has truely changed my life forever.  I have gained so much with this wonderful experience.    I feel fabulous!   However, I have gained such self respect, love and  I am eternally grateful for the transformation.

I am 13 pounds away from my surgeons goal.  WHOO-HOO!!!!

Oh my gosh!  I can't believe it.... I have lost 75 pounds!  It is hard to believe that I have lost more weight than my oldest daughter weighs.  I coach my oldest daughters volleyball team and we won our first game today!  Whooooo-Hoooooo...............Go Cardinals!  WOW what a day!

I have made a few New Year's resolutions...
first, I am going to exercise more and stick to it.
I want to become the best wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend that I can be.  I want to become reconnected with old friends.  I want to let go of somethings that have happened in the past and move forward.  New year, new body, new attitude...Why not?
