well im jus rambling now between the not smokeing and the nasty protine drinks i feel like its a loseing battle i jus dont know if i can do it GRRRRRRR its so frustrating I dont know if i should jus give up my friends an family dont want me to do this but they know its the only way for me to lose the weight , I havent been able to go to a support meeting because of the money for gas , we have so many Dr's appoiments between my boys , me an md my grandma. i jus dont know anymore . so if anyone can give me any advice i could really use it .
