Appoiment set back

well they had to set my appoiment back it is now Dec. 1st , the Dr wasnt able to be in on Nov.5th so i was not happy , they want me to start the protine diet now i have tried it an dont know if i can do it , it is so gross . they said with me weighing as much as i do that the Dr will want me to lose some weight before surgery , well if if could lose weight i wouldnt need the surgery I 'm so comfused right now. I want this so bad i need it bad . If anyone has any ideas on how to make the protine shakes better let me know plsCrystal
