Ok, I've had it

I have to vent and there seems to be no safe place so here it goes.I feel like I am under attack! Life at home is the pits! My MIL lives with us and has been such a real problem the last couple of weeks. My hubby won't be the bad guy but gripes to me so I have to be the bad one....Son #1 came home from college and went to work, no burden there, just more adjustments. Son #2 got a new job and started that along with trying to keep his school schedule straight, which is no easy task this close to the end of the year. Daughter just this weekend accidentaly threw her phone in the trash can where her dad promptly burned it up!!! I don't know if the insurance will replace it if we only have a couple of burned up remnnats, she had the phone less than 1 month! I cannot afford to replace it nor can I afford to continue to pay out her contract if she is not even using the service.
Work is usually a refuge but not today. I am by far the lowest paid person where I work. I took the job over a year ago at a reduced rate hoping that in time, I could make some financial progress. The personnel committee met last week and they make the salary recommendations. My coworker made several requests and they honored EVERY ONE, for me NADA. possibly a 3% raise but that is across the board to everyone. The financial secretary even pointed out to them how low my pay was and some added benefits they could give me if so inclined. NOPE. I cannot afford to quit and I can't stand to work where I am not happy.
Of course, a few months ago I could have medicated with food and survived without wanting to cry, scream, throw things and quit but I do not have that luxury anymore.
I'm give out. I am tired of trying so hard to do things right. Who really cares anyway. I want to feel appreciated. Mother's Day was a joke, work is a joke. I try so hard, Nothing seems to make the difference.
Depressing huh? Ok, back to work.......
