Well alot has happened since my last post.Geeze where do I begin...I was doing fine and then I developed an abscess on my abdonimal wall
...Had to have a 2nd surgery .The surgeon had to go in and clean everything out of there and get rid of the abscess.The down side was now i have a big wound again and deep.My surgeon suggested a wound vac would be the best bet for me to heal faster from all of this.So..... after all the terrible pain and I mean TERRIBLE pain they came today and hooked me up to a wound vac.Not like I expected at all.It isnt painful.Feels a little strange but nothing I cant handle.I hope and pray that this heals me quick and soon this all will just be a milestone that I had to cross.Now I also have to go to a wound clinic every week so the Dr. there can see my progress and measure everything.I just keep telling myself it has to get better right? Im not going to lie some days i just have melt downs.This is not what I expected post op thats for sure to be 3 months out and have a wound vac on still unable to go back to work.But I believe everything happens for a reason and everything will be ok. And what would I have done without my supporting husband ..I have no idea...I am a very lucky woman to ahve a husband like I have who has helped me so much.Plus side Im down 161 lbs as of today since i started my weight loss journey
