Hmph,

So the pass few days I have been a bit blah my pouch has not been agreeing with anything I consume, so I cut it out and start again. some say it is because I am not chewing my food well, however I chew this junk until it is absolute MUSH! the bad thing about it, is that when my pouch decides to give it back I feel extremely miserable and HUNGRY all over, yet do not want to eat a darn thing in fear of giving it back again.
