Brenda Cacucci

"Dr. Cacucci was not the original surgeon I had consulted with. I had received my approval from my insurance company (10 months of hard work) and my original surgeon was not going to be able to schedule my surgery for 3-4 months. I was really disappointed and mentioned this at the October support group sponsored by St. Vincent's Bariatric Center. One of the members suggested that I contact Dr. Brenda Cacucci who had performed her surgery back in May 2007. This member said that once she had her approval that she was scheduled to have surgery in about 3 weeks. Well 3 weeks sounded much better then 3-4 months. I contacted the Carmel Surgical Group and the staff was so kind and pleasant. I had a consultation appointment within a week of my initial phone call. I felt like the staff really cared about ME unlike the other office. rnrnDr. Cacucci is a warm, welcoming, & friendly person. She has a positive outlook on life for herself and her for each of her patients. At my initial consultation Dr. Cacucci and I talked extensively about my procedure, my goals, her expectations of me and my expectations of her. She had me scheduled for surgery about 3 weeks after my initial appointment.rnrnThe day of surgery was wonderful. I was relaxed, confident and ready to start this new part of my life. Dr. Cacucci was also very accommodating to my wishes of who to contact after my surgery was complete. rnrnI would recommend Dr. Brenda Cacucci to anyone considering WLS. The skills that she has been blessed with as a surgeon are excellent. I have had no complications since my surgery and that has been almost 2 months now. She has also been blessed with a pleasant personality that is kind, compassionate, caring but yet strong enough to be direct about what she wants/expects from her patients. rnrnTwo thumbs up for Dr. Cacucci!!!!"

Ascension St. Vincent - Carmel Bariatrics

"They have a beautiful campus in Carmel Indiana. The location is easily accessible and very well kept both inside and out. The nursing and support staff on the bariatrics unit are filled with the Holy Spirit, and this shows in the care and attention that they give each and every one of their patients. Some of the staff have even underwent WLS and truly understand how we feel and the struggles each of us have faced in our lives."
