My 20 LB Goal - Day 5

Another swoosh today!! I know its only water weight but again I have not seen the scale this low before. Maybe the two weeks of travel have caught up and I have seen the final result. One really cool thing is that according to my scale I now have as much muscle mass as I have fat mass. It's awesome to hit this point, what another great WOW moment.

Total Estimated Fat Burned: 1.9

Total Weight Loss according to scale: 5.6

Ongoing blog entry tracking my current goal to lose 20 more lbs. 20 x 3500 calories means that I want to burn 70,000 more calories to reach 220 lbs.
