HUGE milestone. My Muscle Weight is now greater than my Fat weight!!!! Been waiting a long time for this!
Feeling like I am in the groove but had major issues last night with a bag of cookies. Not sure what the issue was, but emotionally I was lost for an hour or so. Trying to figure it out is difficult at best.Regardless, the scale dropped further. Big difference over the last few days have been snacking on peanuts unintentionally lol. I am going to have to do something about my calculations. If the weight stays off, I am going to have to measure from like this point until goal to try to eliminate any bad data. If I do it right and log properly I may be able to narrow down what I need for calories.

Ongoing blog entry tracking my current goal to lose 20 more lbs. 20 x 3500 calories means that I want to burn 70,000 more calories to reach 220 lbs.
