Day 21 - Things have been interesting this week. I have been training for a 5K to be held today. This week I ran two practice sessions but cut off all other exercise to rest up and heal etc. Additionally I let my diet fluctuate up a bit averaging about 900 calories. The result on the scale is very little movement even though I have maintained a calorie deficit. This suggests a few things about what I need to do to move the scale down. Confirming more regular exercise and keeping my calories in the 700-800 range per day.

Ongoing blog entry tracking my current goal to lose 20 more lbs. 20 x 3500 calories means that I want to burn 70,000 more calories to reach 220 lbs.
