Well i went for my 3month apt and everything went well only my vit b1 was very low but in 3 months i lost a total 71.5 lbs i weigh 181.5 i was 253 wow wonderful and still no smoking 8.5 months no smoke but i am dying for a glass of wine lol lol lol
