Hello everyone how is my friends doing well its so far so good here jan 17th will be 6 months out and loving every day no regrets but i go see my doc on the 16th the day i turn 41 wow and almost at my goal which is 150 lbs at now 157 so excited but i will let u know on thurs the 16th
