"Dr Kim was my doctor when I was in the hospital in 1991. I choose to have him as my reg. doc from then on. He saw me thru a time when I almost did not live. He knows the majority of my medical history and is well versed in how I have arrived at the point in life that I am now at. He handles all of my medical needs from cardiology to internal medicine. He last year diagnosed me with diabetes. I ended up with it because of my only having 1/4 of my pancreas and of course I am overweight. I sometimes have to "nail" him down to get answers to some ?? I think that is because of his culture he is from, he is Korean. But, I can ask him anything and He will go into detail to explain in plain English so that I can understand. I do wish that in the past he would have been more forceful with me getting a handle on my weight."
